– DO NOT drive the boat on a beach or any coast.
– DO NOT disturb, fisherman’s boats or bigger vessels. Always give priority to them.
– DO NOT disturb swimmers.
– KEEP SAFETY DISTANCE OF 200 meters, 650 Feet or 200 YARDS AWAY FROM THE COAST WHILE CRUISING WITH THE BOAT.
Rental Terms:
The boat has limited range of cruising distance 5 nautical miles coast to coast within the area of Elounda and Aghios Nikolaos waters and coves.

Prices do not include or cover any damages on to the boat and engine.
IF the boat is not returned on the condition which was first received by the renter, estimation will be made for the cost of the damage and must be paid by the Renter immediately with cash or via credit card and if it is proven that:
- The boat was off course and away from the limited sailing area.
- The persons on board have been drinking alcohol or taking drugs
without Doctor’s prescription.
- The damage was caused from operating the boat and engine wrong and out of rules, by the renter.
The Rental rates include: VAT 24% and other taxes, 3rd parties insurance.
